Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people in one bed. Arrival & Departure Our preferred check-in and check-out times are from 3:00PM and up to 11:00AM respectively. Should you arrive early or wish to leave later, please advise us in advance and we will try to accommodate you. However, if this is not possible we are happy to store your luggage while you explore Dunedin. If you expect to arrive after 7.00pm please advise us of your expected arrival time. Booking and Cancellation Policy A current Mastercard or Visa credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation. Written confirmation of your booking either via email or post will be sent to you upon receipt of your credit card details. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly. As a result, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Accommodation cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival may be subject to a 25% charged. Accommodation cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival may be subject to a 50%. Accommodation cancelled less than 24hrs prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% charge. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. Christmas & New Year Policies A 30% per room surcharge for bookings on the nights of 24th, 25th and 31st December will apply. Exclusive Use Belmont House is available for exclusive use.
